§ 96.47 REQUIRED STATEMENT AS TO LOCATION OF EXCAVATIONS.
   Any person desiring to make any opening or excavation subject to this subchapter shall file with the Board of Public Works and Safety, or its designated representative, a request which shall definitely state the location of the proposed opening and the purpose thereof.
