§ 96.07 RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for anyone to permit cattle, horses, sheep, goats or other animals to go to, to roam upon or graze upon the levee of the Lawrenceburg Flood Control District and surrounding the city.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to bring on, dump, deposit or leave any bottles, broken glass, ashes, paper, boxes, cans, dirt, rubbish, waste, garbage or refuse or other trash upon the levee of the Lawrenceburg Flood Control District and surrounding the city or the lands of such district without the prior written authorization of such district.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person other than employees and officials of the Lawrenceburg Flood Control District or of the city acting on behalf of such district or the city to plant any trees, shrub or other vegetation, or to remove or cut any trees, shrub and other vegetation on the levee surrounding the city or the lands of such district without prior written authorization of such district.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person other than the employees and officials of the Lawrenceburg Flood Control District or of the city acting on behalf of such district or the city or persons authorized by such district, in writing, to operate or permit to be operated any vehicle, wheeled, propelled by gravity, motor, engine or animal power on the levee surrounding the city.
   (E)   In addition to any other penalty, the vehicle involved in the violation of division (D) of this section shall be impounded by the police until the disposition of the charges. Upon the second conviction of a violation of this section involving the same vehicle, such vehicle shall be disposed of according to the procedures adopted by the Common Council of the city in regard to abandoned vehicles and the receipts distributed according to the same procedures.
