§ 96.05 PUBLIC AUCTIONS ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or display for sale any goods or property of any kind or description on the streets or street corners or on the sidewalks within the corporate limits of the city, except as authorized specifically by the Common Council.
