§ 96.04 EXPECTORATING PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to spit, expectorate or deposit sputum, or saliva, either mixed or unmixed with any other substance, upon any of the sidewalks in the city or upon any entrances, approaches or stairways of any public buildings situated in the city.
