§ 36.29 LERU BILLING FUND.
   (A)   The city shall, and hereby does, establish a LERU Billing Fund (406).
   (B)   These funds shall be spent with approval of City Council.
   (C)   This fund per Indiana State Board of Accounts instruction shall be separate from and independent of the yearly operating budget of LERU.
   (D)   This fund shall be funded by fees received by LERU from hospital billings.
   (E)   These funds shall be spent in emergency situations to offset the LERU general budget lines and other emergency situations for the LERU.
