§ 36.20 LERU FUND.
   (A)   The city shall, and hereby does, establish a cumulative, non-reverting LERU fund.
   (B)   These funds shall be spent with approval of City Council.
   (C)   This fund per Indiana State Board of Accounts instruction shall be separate from and independent of the yearly operating budget of LERU.
   (D)   This fund shall be funded by fees received by LERU from gaming funds and donations from various individuals.
