CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG, DEARBORN COUNTY, INDIANA
AN ORDINANCE
ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG, INDIANA
WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio must complete the 2020 Supplemental Code of Ordinances of the Political Subdivision, which Supplement contains all ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lawrenceburg; and
WHEREAS, certain revisions of or additions to certain sections of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lawrenceburg have been made during the course of the calendar year of 2020; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Common Council of the City of Lawrenceburg to accept and adopt by reference these updated sections as a supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lawrenceburg.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Lawrenceburg that the 2020 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lawrenceburg as submitted to American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, be and hereby is adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety, and the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Lawrenceburg is hereby authorized and ordered to inset such supplement into the copy of the Code of Ordinances kept on file in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
ALL OF WHICH IS ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG, DEARBORN COUNTY, INDIANA, ON THIS THE 1ST DAY OF MARCH, 2021.
