RESOLUTION NO. 2020-2

A RESOLUTION ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG, INDIANA

WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio must complete the 2019 supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the Political Subdivision, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lawrenceburg; and

WHEREAS, certain revisions of or additions to certain sections of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lawrenceburg have been made during the course of the calendar year 2019; and

WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Common Council of the City of Lawrenceburg to accept and adopt by reference these updated sections as a supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lawrenceburg.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Lawrenceburg that the 2019 supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lawrenceburg as submitted to American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, be and hereby is adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety, and the Clerk of the City of Lawrenceburg is hereby authorized and ordered to insert such supplement into the copy of the Code of Ordinances kept on file in the Office of the Clerk.

ALL OF WHICH IS RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG, DEARBORN COUNTY, INDIANA, ON THIS THE 18TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2020.
