§ 32.101 MEMBERS.
   The Lawrenceburg Redevelopment Commission shall consist of five members to be appointed pursuant to statutory provisions as follows:
   (A) Three Commissioners shall be appointed by the Mayor of the city, and
   (B)   Two Commissioners shall be appointed by the Common Council of the city.
