(A) To carry out and effectuate the purposes of this chapter, the Commission shall have the power and duty to:
(1) Exercise general supervision of and make regulations for the administration of the affairs of the Commission.
(2) Prescribe uniform rules for conducting investigations and hearings.
(3) Make recommendations and an annual report to the Mayor and Common Council of the city.
(B) The Commission shall also have all the powers and duties as set out in IC 36-7-4-401, as amended.
