§ 32.045 CREATED.
   There is created for this city the "Lawrenceburg Economic Development Commission," which shall be composed of five members. Three of the members shall be appointed by the Mayor, one each shall be nominated by the County Council and the Common Council. The Mayor shall have the power to appoint the latter two nominated members.
