§ 32.017 HEALTH OFFICER'S DUTIES.
   The Health Officer with the aid of other local health sanitarians shall enforce and observe all state laws and legally promulgate regulations pertaining to the preservation of health and shall diligently enforce the rules and regulations pertaining to health and sanitation adopted by the Common Council.
