A Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) is required and must be completed in compliance with this chapter for all sites considered under § 5-2-6-11, except non-residential land alteration activities which disturb less than one acre of total land area, prior to commencement of land disturbing activities. Such plan shall be considered to be part of the storm water submittal and is detailed in regulations promulgated under § 5-2-6-37.
