(A) Land alterations shall be accomplished so as to avoid or prevent damage to structures on the property and to adjoining property.
(B) All final grades shall slope away from building foundations per regulations promulgated under § 5-2-6-37.
(C) The storm water facility shall accommodate upstream storm water at any point or points entering the site.
(D) Design and construction of the storm water facility shall provide for the discharge of storm water off-site from each part of the parcel, and upstream water conveyed through the site, at a point or points having capacity to receive upstream and on-site drainage.
(E) Design and construction of the storm water facility shall be such that it will be durable and easy to maintain.
