As an alternative to complying with those standards and regulations referred to in § 5-2-6-45, the land alteration may be accomplished in accordance with the standards set forth in this chapter and regulations adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety pertinent to such standards. If a land alteration is carried out in accordance with standards found in this chapter and regulations pertinent to such standards, then the requirements of § 5-2-6-11 shall be followed in submitting a storm water plan to the City Civil Engineer for review.
