§ 5-2-6-45. CONFORMANCE WITH MINIMUM STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS.
   Land alteration accomplished in conjunction with the construction, enlargement or location, on a permanent foundation, in a non-impacted area, of a one-family dwelling, two-family dwelling or accessory structure appurtenant to either a one- or two-family dwelling may be in accordance with standards found in this chapter and in accordance with regulations adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety which are pertinent to these standards.
