All land alterations shall adhere to and be in compliance with the minimum storm water standards of this chapter and all regulations and master plans adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety in accordance with this chapter, unless a variance from the minimum storm water standards or regulations has been received pursuant to § 5-2-6-31.
