As part of the final acceptance process, all platted subdivisions and industrial and commercial sites shall submit record drawings, which reflect the “as-built” condition of the storm water facilities, to the City Civil Engineer as set forth in regulations promulgated under § 5-2-6-37. Record drawings shall be stamped “RECORD DRAWING” and shall be second certified by a professional engineer or registered land surveyor registered in the State of Indiana. Record drawings shall be 24-inch by 36-inch format Mylar sheets.
