Within ten calendar days after the completion of a land alteration for which a storm water permit was required and relative to which a certified plan was required to be filed pursuant to § 5-2-6-11, a registered professional engaged in storm water design shall execute and file with the City Civil Engineer a Certificate of Compliance. The Certificate shall be in the form specified in regulations promulgated under § 5-2-6-37.
