§ 5-2-5-20. APPEALS.
   (A)   Any person affected by authority delegated by this chapter to any official of the Board and who objects to the decision made or the action taken by the official, shall be entitled to a hearing before the Board upon that objection. The person desiring a hearing shall file a written statement of his or her objections with the Board. The hearing shall be scheduled before the Board within 30 days after the objection is filed. Notice shall be given to the objector identifying the time, place and date of the hearing at least ten days prior to the scheduled date.
   (B)   After hearing testimony of the objector and the official who made the decision or took the action objected to, the Board may confirm, reverse or modify the decision or action. The order of the Board shall be final. Within ten days of the Board’s decision, a written notice shall be given to the objector confirming the decision.
