§ 5-2-5-18. STOP-WORK ORDER.
   The Board is empowered to issue an order requiring suspension of work (“stop-work order”) whenever it determines that:
   (A)   Construction is proceeding in an unsafe manner;
   (B)   Construction is occurring in violation of the Board’s standard specifications and requirements and in a manner so that if construction is allowed to proceed, there is a probability that it will be substantially difficult to correct the violation; or
   (C)   Sewer construction for which a construction permit is required is proceeding without a construction permit being in force. In that instance, the stop-work order shall indicate that the effect of the order terminates when the required permit is obtained. The stop-work order shall be in writing and shall state to what construction it is applicable and the reason for its issuance. One copy of the stop-work order shall state the conditions under which construction may be resumed.
