(A) For each permit issued pursuant to § 5-2-4-7, there shall be paid to the City Controller the sum of $200 for each vehicle so licensed.
(B) Renewal applications are subject to the same inspections and permit fee as required for new permits.
(C) Permits must be taped in the front window of the vehicle on the bottom, left-hand (driver’s) side. Permits must include the vehicle manufacturer’s identification number for the vehicle on the face of the permit.
(D) Permits issued under this chapter are non-transferable.
