(A) No street or streets shall be accepted as provided by § 5-2-2-7 except upon payment by the applicant of a fee of $125 for each street intersection identified in the application or site plan accompanying the application for the installation of street identification signs.
(B) The street identification signs shall be installed by the Division of Streets and Drainage.
