(A) The City Controller shall prescribe and provide a form for the license to be obtained and displayed by licensees pursuant to this chapter. The City Controller may change the design or form of the insignia or license from time to time.
(B) All hotels shall post and maintain the license at a conspicuous place in the licensed hotel where the license can be seen easily at all times.
(C) No person shall alter, forge or in any way modify or deface a license issued by the City Controller under this chapter.
