(A) Any person violating the provisions of this chapter, unless otherwise specified, shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in the general penalty section of this code, § 1-1-2-3.
(B) Violations of this chapter or licensing regulations duly promulgated by the City Controller pursuant to authority granted in this chapter shall constitute a municipal ordinance violation. Any person violating this chapter or the licensing regulations shall be subject to penalties prescribed for violation of a municipal ordinance as prescribed in the general penalty section of this code, § 1-1-2-3.
