§ 4-2-6-4. PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   Each adult bookstore or sexually themed business shall pay an annual permit fee of $500, to be paid when application for a new or renewal permit is filed.
   (B)   The permit fee for each amusement device located within the adult bookstore or sexually themed business shall be as prescribed by §§ 4-2-4-1 et seq.
