In addition to the duties prescribed by § 4-1-1-4, every permittee under this chapter shall:
(A) Make no additions whatsoever during the period of the permitted sale to the stock of goods set forth in the inventory attached to the application for permit; and
(B) Refrain from employing any untrue, deceptive or misleading advertising.
