Every entity holding a license or permit pursuant to any chapter of this code shall:
(A) Permit all reasonable inspections of its business and merchandise and examination of his or her books by police personnel or other public authorities so authorized by law or the Common Council;
(B) Ascertain and at all times comply with all laws, ordinances and regulations, including this chapter, applicable to the licensed business;
(C) Post the license issued under this chapter in a conspicuous place within any licensed premises; and
(D) Cease business. Refrain from transacting any type of licensed business activities after the expiration of the license.
