(A) Fire-protection equipment and fire hydrants, whether public or private, shall be clearly identified in a manner approved by the City of Lawrence Fire Department to prevent obstruction by parking and other obstructions.
(B) Fire access roads shall be identified as fire lanes and the provisions set forth in § 3-4-5-2 of this code shall apply.
