§ 3-4-2-15. DUTY TO CORRECT VIOLATIONS.
   In the event of imminent danger as defined in § 3-4-2-14 above, the owner or person in control of any premises or building upon which a violation or hazard exists shall do one or more of the following, at the order of the Fire Chief:
   (A)   Cease and correct the violation;
   (B)   Protect persons and property from the hazards of the violation and correct the violation; or
   (C)   Require persons to leave the area that is affected by a violation and prohibit persons from entering the area until the violation is corrected.
