§ 3-4-2-14. IMMINENT DANGER.
   The Fire Prevention Chief under the direction of the Fire Chief may order the operation or use stopped, or the evacuation, of any premises, building or vehicle or portion thereof under I.C. 36-8-17-9 when it is determined that conduct or conditions of the property:
   (A)   Present a clear and immediate hazard of death or serious bodily injury to any person other than a trespasser;
   (B)   Are prohibited without a permit, registration, certification, release, authorization, variance, exemption or other license required under I.C. 22-14 or another statute administered by the State of Indiana Department of Fire and Building Services and the license has not been issued; or
   (C)   Will conceal a violation of law.
