(A) Prior to doing business within the City of Lawrence, an alarm business shall obtain a license from the Department of Public Works.
(B) An alarm business doing business at the time this chapter becomes effective shall have 30 days to apply for a license as required above.
(C) No alarm business may be licensed if the proprietor, any general or limited partner, shareholder, director or officer has been convicted of a felony under the laws of the State of Indiana, the United States of America or any other state or nation.
