(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as set forth in § 1-1-2-3 of this code.
(B) The penalties for violations of this chapter, not including court costs, shall be as follows.
(1) Any person violating § 3-3-8-14(A) shall be fined as follows.

(2) Any person violating § 3-3-8-14(B) shall be fined $50.
(3) Any person violating § 3-3-8-14(C) shall be fined $200.
