§ 3-2-6-4. FIVE-TON WEIGHT LIMIT; CERTAIN STREETS.
   (A)   A five-ton load limit is hereby imposed as the maximum weight for any vehicular traffic on the following streets and in the following locations.

   (B)   The Street Commissioner is hereby authorized and directed to post signs stating “Load Limit, Five (5) Tons” along the streets, within the boundaries designated.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or transport any vehicle with a gross vehicle weight, including cargo, in excess of five tons upon the streets within the boundaries designated.
