§ 3-2-6-3. OVERSIZED VEHICLES; RESIDENTIAL RESTRICTION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any truck, tractor, trailer, bus, house-trailer or semi-trailer having a load capacity in excess of one ton, or a length in excess of 19 feet, or a height in excess of six feet, six inches, or a width in excess of seven feet to be driven on or otherwise transported onto any street, alley or roadway in any residential district.
   (B)   Excepted from the restrictions prescribed by division (A) above, are the following vehicles:
      (1)   Any privately owned vehicle being transported to the residence of its legal owner or person in possession and control of the vehicle for the purpose of legally parking the vehicle on private property located within the residential district; and
      (2)   Any vehicle making deliveries over regularly scheduled routes or otherwise loading or unloading passengers or merchandise at a residence located within the residential district.
