(A) No bus shall stop for the purpose of loading or unloading passengers within any congested area of this City, except in designated bus stops.
(B) Any bus company operating buses upon the city streets is required to designate its stops by signs marking each bus stop at the right corner of the approach to each intersection at which the bus stops.
(C) The material and labor for the marking shall be furnished by the bus company and shall be done under the supervision of the Board of Public Works and Safety and in compliance with its rules and regulations.
