(A) The Common Council may designate and determine a limited time or period during which a vehicle may be parked on any public street or part thereof. The limited parking zones shall be clearly designated by appropriate signs or markings as directed by the Common Council.
(B) After designation of limited parking and the time therefor on any public street, or part thereof, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle thereon in excess of the time so designated.

(C) Restricted two-hour parking areas. The following streets are hereby declared to be a two-hour restricted parking zones and shall be designated by sings stating “two-hour parking from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.”
