(A) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs shall be so stopped or parked within 12 inches of the curb facing the direction of travel.
(B) Exceptions:
(1) Vehicles may park on either side of one-way streets if not otherwise herein prohibited; and
(2) Municipality-specific exceptions such as areas designed for angle parking.
