The rules for the organization, conduct of business and governance of procedures attached to Resolution 4, 2008, which are adopted by reference as if set out in full herein, are adopted as the rules of the City of Lawrence Common Council, subject to such amendments and further actions as the Common Council from time to time hereafter may adopt.
