A. There is hereby imposed and levied a license fee on the business, location, trade, calling or profession of every person engaged in a business within the City (a "business license fee" - which shall consist of a base fee for the business; certain administrative add-on fees; and, in certain limited circumstances, per-employee fees, where the identity or number of employees is of interest to and regulated by the City), which shall be established by resolution and which may be changed from time to time.
B. A processing fee, as established by resolution, shall be imposed and levied against any business that changes its physical location during the calendar year for which a valid business license has been issued. (Ord. 2017-12, 12-6-2017)
