(A) The Town of Laurel Park bills for water/sewer services on a bi-monthly basis. The bi-monthly water/sewer billing cycles end in February, April, June, August, October, and December. Water meters are read during the last part of these months. Bills are prepared and mailed no later than the fifth day of the following month.
(B) Payment is due by the last day of the month in which the bill was mailed, after which an account is considered delinquent and the procedures of § 50.04 apply.
