§ 151.39 IMPROVEMENT OF ACCEPTED RIGHTS-OF-WAY.

In the event an accepted right-of-way is to be upgraded to meet regulations of § 151.42 of this chapter, the town may contract for such work. In such case the financing of such upgrading shall be determined following G.S. §§ 160A-216, 160A-217 and 160A-218.
