§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any violation of the provisions of § 130.02 of this chapter shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction, as provided in G.S. §§ 14-4 and 160A-175. The penalty for such violation shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500, or as amended.

   (C)   Any person who shall be guilty of any loud and boisterous cursing and swearing, or loud and vulgar language, or who otherwise may be found disturbing the peace of the town in any house, street, roadway, public building, park or any other public place in the town, as per § 130.16 of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (D)   Any violation of the provisions of § 130.36 of this chapter shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction, as provided in G.S. §§ 14-4 and 160A-175. The penalty for such violation shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500, or as amended.

   (E)   Any person violating the provisions of § 130.38 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

   (F)   Any violation of the provisions of § 130.39 of this chapter shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction, as provided in G.S. §§ 14-4 and 160A-175. The penalty for such violation shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500, or as amended.

   (G)   Any violation of the provisions of § 130.40 of this chapter shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction, as provided in G.S. §§ 14-4 and 160A-175. The penalty for such violation shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500, or as amended.
   (H)   Any person who shall willfully expose the private parts of his or her person, as per § 130.55 of this chapter, shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
