§ 130.37 UNAUTHORIZED USE OF EMERGENCY SIGNALS.
   No person without special authority from the Police Department shall carry or use any blue/red light or siren similar in appearance or sound to the blue/red lights or sirens used by the Police Department or Fire Department.
