§ 73.21 VEHICLES IN EXCESS OF 80 INCHES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle which shall have a width in excess of 80 inches upon any of the streets of the town for a continuous period of time longer than 30 minutes.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to motor vehicles momentarily stopped for the purpose of taking on or discharging passengers, or loading or unloading freight, at a point of origin or destination, nor shall it apply to motor vehicles accidentally and unavoidably disabled; provided, such parking or stoppage is necessary for emergency repairs, to permit such vehicle to be put into operating condition.
