§ 71.04 WALKING ON TRAVELED PORTION OF STREET.
   It shall be unlawful for pedestrians to walk along the traveled portion of any street or highway unless sidewalks are not provided; in which event, such pedestrians shall walk on the extreme left-hand side of such street and such pedestrian shall yield the right-of-way to approaching traffic.
