Any person and/or entity who should violate any provision of §§ 134.01, 134.02, 134.03 and/or 134.04 shall be fined not less than $250, nor more than $1,000 for each and every violation thereof. Each and every violation of any such provision shall also be considered a separate independent violation thereof in reference to the provision herein in reference to fines and penalties, and every day that the violation of any provision of § 134.01, § 134.02, § 134.03 and/or § 134.04 should continue shall constitute a separate offense. Additionally, the penalty provisions herein are in addition to and not to the exclusion of any other lawful penalty provided and/or allowed by law.
