§ 134.01 POSSESSION AND USE OF CANNABIS.

It shall be unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to possess, consume, use, purchase, obtain, grow, process, or transport cannabis except as authorized by the Illinois Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act (ILCS Ch. 410, Act 705) referenced within § 134.00 above.
