§ 134.00 DEFINITIONS.

The words, terms and phrases used in this chapter shall have the meanings ascribed to them by the Illinois Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act, as amended from time to time, and as presently provided within ILCS Ch. 410, Act 705, § 1-11; the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein.
