(A) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 117.01 through 117.15 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense. Any day on which an offense occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
